1. 30-Day Unopened Box Return Policy
You may return unopened, factory-sealed boxes, 5-packs, or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. Returned items must remain in original cellophane wrapping with intact factory warranty seals.
2. 48-Hour Transit Damage & Defective Stick Guarantee
If your cigars arrive damaged, with cracked wrappers, or compromised humidity, contact our concierge desk at info@gdpdistro.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will issue an immediate replacement or full credit.
3. Sanitary & Health Regulations
In compliance with health and hygiene regulations, cut, lit, partially smoked, or unsealed single sticks cannot be accepted for return unless inspected and deemed defective in construction by our Master Sommelier.
